Refund Policy

Cancel any time
A HazFin subscription is $20/month, billed automatically until you cancel. You can cancel from your account at any time — from that point you won't be charged again, and you keep full access through the end of the period you already paid for.
No refunds for partial periods
We do not refund the unused portion of a billing period when you cancel partway through, and we do not offer prorated refunds. This keeps the $20/month price simple and predictable rather than building in a buffer for partial-month math.
Billing errors are different
If you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after you'd already cancelled, or a technical problem that meaningfully prevented you from using the service — that's on us, and we'll make it right. Use Submit a claim and pick "Billing / refund," describe what happened, and we'll review it.
How to cancel
Sign in, go to your subscription's billing portal, and cancel from there. If you can't find it or something isn't working, submit a claim and we'll cancel it for you.
